Bill in equity by the Worth Springs Water Company, a corporation, against the city of Tacoma, a municipal corporation, to enjoin the city from extending its water system in that part of the city of Tacoma situated in sections 24 and 25, and in what is known as “Old Tacoma” and where the plaintiff owns a plant and has its mains and pipes, and is supplying water to the inhabitants, or most of them, of the area designated.
