This case comes before this court on defendants’ motion to determine the sufficiency of the plaintiffs’ claim of attorney-client privilege. The plaintiffs instituted the underlying action against the defendants seeking a declaration, pursuant to G.L.c. 231A, that no binding agreement exists between the parties concerning the development and management of certain real estate.
