In these consolidated appeals, the petitioners, County of Cook (County), Forest Preserve District of Cook County (Forest Preserve District), sheriff of Cook County (Sheriff), and the office of the Cook County State’s Attorney (State’s Attorney), seek review of decisions and orders of the Illinois Labor Relations Board (ILRB).
