MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JAMES R. MILLER, Jr., District Judge.

This is a proceeding pursuant to section 10(Z) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. section 160(0, in which the petitioner seeks the issuance of an injunction on the ground that there is reasonable cause to believe that respondents have engaged in certain unfair labor practices. A hearing on the issues raised by the petition was held on November 11 and November 15, 1971.
