Reversing.
• The appellant and plaintiff below, Eva Parnell (nee Sparkman), brought this action on October 8,1919, in the Montgomery circuit court, to recover from appellee and defendant below, James Loving, a tract of land in Montgomery county, containing 70 acres, which she averred that she owned and was entitled to its possession, and that it was being wrongfully withheld from her by de fendant. She also prayed for judgment for reasonable ■rental for the '5 years preceding the filing of the action.
