Reversing.

This suit was filed in the Breathitt circuit court by Irvine Turner and Samuel Turner, the appellees, against Alexander Combs, Lewis Deaton and Alfred Combs, the appellants. The petition alleges that plaintiffs are the owners and in possession of a described tract of land; that defendants, on the 16th day of July, 1917, unlawfully entered upon the land and wrongfully cut trees standing thereon.
