In this wrongful-death case, plaintiff appeals by delayed leave granted the circuit court’s denial of his motion to approve the proposed distribution of attorney fees following a settlement. The circuit court declined to approve the proposed distribution to the extent that it provided for total attorney fees in excess of one-third of plaintiffs net recovery. We affirm.
