Miracle Kids Success Acad., Inc. v. Maurras

Appellant Miracle Kids Success Academy, Inc. (Miracle Kids) appeals from an order granting summary judgment to appellee Marvin Maurras (M. Maurras) on M. Maurras's claim for repayment of a loan. This is the second time this case has been before this court. We dismissed the first appeal for lack of a final judgment because two additional claims by M.
