Plaintiffs Gueng-Ho Kim and Jae Kim (“Plaintiffs") bring claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and claims under CUTPA, through CUIPA, against Defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (“State Farm” or “Defendant”).
