ROBERTSON, Judge.
The plaintiff-appellants Governmental Interinsurance Exchange (G.LE.) and the County of Delaware (County) bring this interlocutory appeal from the denial of their motion for summary judgment.
We reverse.
Facts giving rise to this appeal are that the defendant-appellee, Marion Khayyata, collided with a Delaware County ambulance which was then on an emergency run, at the intersection of Main and High Streets in Muncie, Indiana.
