Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Wexner, J.), rendered January 18, 1989, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).

The defendant contends on appeal that the information contained in the affidavit of Police Officer Robert Nonnenmacher was insufficient to justify the issuance of a warrant authorizing the search of his home. We…
