In this Title VII action the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) appeals from the district court’s order of dismissal. We reverse and remand.

On December 27, 1970, Tamar Edelson filed with the EEOC a charge against Occidental Life Insurance Company (Occidental), alleging that she had been discriminated against because of her sex.
