LEVET, District Judge.

There are two motions before this Court relating to the question of priority in taking depositions. This is an action which was commenced in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, against defendant Dresser Industries, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Dresser”) for an alleged breach of a written agreement to pay commissions. Defendant Dresser proceeded in said action to examine the plaintiff through its president.
