Plaintiff Derrick Bey, a prisoner currently incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution at Greene (“Greene”) and formerly incarcerated at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford (“Grater-ford”), filed a counseled civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against various defendants.
