Memorandum: Defendant appeals from an order granting plaintiffs motion for summary judgment to recover money held in escrow following the sale of a "travel lift” in which Northern Yachts, Inc. (Northern), had granted on January 25, 1972 a security interest to plaintiff bank in return for a loan evidenced by a promissory note.
