MEMORANDUM

MERHIGE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a Postal Service employee, brings this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., to redress the alleged sexually discriminatory employment practices of the defendant. The Postmaster General is named as defendant in this action. The plaintiff seeks monetary, declaratory and injunctive relief. Jurisdiction is attained pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e-16.
