This case is a contract dispute between Petitioners/Defendants/Appellees/Cross-Appellants Sato and Associates, Inc. and Daniel S. Miyasato (collectively, “Sato” or “Engineer”), and Respondent/Defendant/Appel-lee/Cross-Appellee Kamehameha Investment Corporation (“KIC” or “Developer”).
