Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowling, J.), rendered March 28, 2012, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, kidnapping in the second degree (four counts), criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, and criminal impersonation in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
