Plaintiff, James E. Duncan, appeals the November 12, 1986 decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Peck 1 on the grounds of good faith immunity. Mr. Peck cross-appeals from the portion of the District Court’s decision which held that while plaintiff’s suit must fail because of defendant’s good faith defense, it was not barred by the applicable Ohio statute of limitations.
