This appeal arises from' the efforts of plaintiff Linda Moothart to obtain information from her former employers, Gary Bell and Bradley Pollock, as individuals, and defendant Bell & Pollock,.P.C., regarding her rights under an employee benefit plan. Specifically, Ms. Moothart brought suit under 29 U.S.C. §§ 1024 and 1132(c), the disclosure provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), seeking copies of various plan documents and a penalty.
