This is a suit for the possession of property. The plaintiffs allege title to the property, possession thereunder for more than thirty years, and a disturbance of their possession in fact and in law, within a year of the institution of this suit. They also allege that defendant has cut and removed timber from their property of the value of $3,000, and they pray for an injunction restraining the defendant from further trespassing upon the property and for judgment against him for $3,000.
