OPINION
CASTILLE, Justice.
This is a direct appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County denying appellant’s petition for post-conviction relief. 1 For the reasons expressed herein, we affirm the order of the PCRA court.
On June 13, 1984, a jury convicted appellant of first degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit homicide and conspiracy to commit robbery. 2 Following a separate penalty proceed ing, the jury sentenced appellant to death. 3 On direct appeal, this Court affirmed the convictions and judgment of sentence.
