The defendant, Philip Fitanides, appeals from his conviction in the Superior Court (Cann, J.) for unlawful retail sales of fireworks and unlawful exposure of fireworks for sale at retail under RSA chapter 160 (replaced by RSA chapter 160-A, effective May 3, 1988), on the ground that the description of items to be seized in a search warrant failed to satisfy the particularity requirements of both part I, article 19 of the State Constitution and the fourth amendment of the Federal Constitution.
