This is an eminent domain suit instituted by the ap-pellee, Mississippi State Highway Commission, against the appellants, Robert L. Womble and Mrs. Hazel Ward Womble, to acquire a portion of the lands of the appellants in Yalobusha County for highway right of way purposes in connection with the construction of Interstate Highway No. 55.
