This cause was heard on the petition of the appellee, Mississippi State Highway Commission, to condemn for right-of-way purposes three parcels of land on the east side of a 114% acre tract north of Jackson belonging to the appellants Mr. and Mrs. A. Y. Harper and the heirs at law of Louis M. Jiggitts, deceased, the larger of which parcels is situated so that the right-of-way of U. S. Highway 51 as presently located constitutes the western boundary and white Oak Creek the eastern boundary thereof.
