The appellants, Bennett & Kahnweiler Associates (“Bennett & Kahnweiler”) and the Trustees of the Chicago Truck Drivers Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union Pension Fund (“the Trustees”), bring this appeal of the United States Bankruptcy Court’s April 11, 1990 judgment against them in this case, and the court’s June 12, 1990, denial of the appellants’ motions for a new trial, reconsideration, and sanctions.
