This is a mechanic’s and materialman’s lien priority case brought on appeal from the judgment of the 162nd Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.

Lloyd D. Blaylock General Contractor, Inc. and Lloyd D. Blaylock, individually, (hereafter called “appellants”) brought suit complaining against Dollar Inns of America, Inc. (hereafter called “Dollar Inns”), K. R. Riley and Diversified Mortgage Investors (hereafter called “appellee”).
