In the court below Appellant Houston Investment Bankers Corp. filed suit against First City Bank of Highland Village, defendant and cross plaintiff below and now Appellee, to remove a cloud upon the title to real property. The original lawsuit involved two tracts of land; this appeal is taken only as to one of the tracts (hereafter referred to as Tract A).
