In the early morning hours of November 27, 2010, Plaintiff Paul Myvett was arrest*1008ed for allegedly shooting Reginald Allen during a late night fracas at a White Castle restaurant on the north side of Chicago. The charges levied against Myvett based on that shooting, however, were unfounded; Allen told police within hours of the shooting, and before Myvett was charged, that Myvett was not the shooter.
