¶ 1 Minakshi Chatterjee (Defendant) appeals from the June 26, 2002 order in which the trial court denied her motion for post trial rebef and entered judgment on the jury verdict in addition to delay damages in favor of Helena Woodard (Plain tiff). We reverse and remand for a new trial.
