■ The Chancery Court of Monroe County, after hearing this cause upon the original bill, amendments thereto, service of process, answer of the defendants, and proof offered in open court, by decree of date of September 28, 1961, found that the complainant, T. W. Graham, was the owner and holder of certain promissory notes, and the deed of trust, securing them, which were executed by the defendants, J. W.
