These are the relevant facts in the above styled case. The appellant and appellee were married in 1933 and divorced on April 9, 1958, in the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, Cause No. 18,594, at which time there was a property settlement, involving two lots, entered into between appellant and appellee. This property settlement was affirmed by the Chancery Court of Forrest County, in which appellant received one house located on a lot in the city of Hattiesburg, and the appellee received another house on an adjoining lot.
