Houck, J.,

This is an action for divorce on the ground of desertion. In the libel it is alleged that the desertion took place on or about February 14, 1924. This date was later amended to February 13, 1925. The master found, in effect, that respondent on February 13, 1925, willfully and maliciously deserted libellant without reasonable cause, which desertion continued for a period of more than two years.
