In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to compel the respondents to negotiate with the petitioner concerning disciplinary procedures, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (West, J.), dated October 15, 1987, which dismissed the proceeding.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
