Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Cannizzaro, J.), entered August 8, 2000 in Albany County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of the Public Employment Relations Board finding that petitioner’s disciplinary procedures were a mandatory subject of collective bargaining.
