A paper purporting to be the will of F. D. Thurman, in which no one was named as executor, was by Mrs. Florence- A. Underwood, a “person interested,” offered for probate in solemn forth in the court of ordinary of Fulton county. Other persons interested were 'afterwards made parties, and joined in the prayer for probate. Mrs. Mary G. Thurman, the widow and sole heir of the alleged testator, filed a caveat based on three grounds, viz.: (1) that the paper was not executed in the manner prescribed by law; (2) that F. D. Thurman was not, at the time of its execution, of sound and disposing mind…
