The defendant appeals from the denial of his motion to disqualify every prosecutor affiliated with the office of the state’s attorney for the judicial district of New Haven on grounds of failure to preserve the confidences and secrets of a *445former client and conflict of interest. The motion was granted in part by the Superior Court, Kinney, J., and from that decision the defendant appeals.
