ORDER GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND TAKING UNDER ADVISEMENT PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION
CASSELL, District Judge.
The defendants seek to dismiss this ERISA action on standing grounds. The court hereby GRANTS IN PART the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. While the plaintiff has standing to seek monetary damages, her claim for injunc-tive and declaratory relief is moot. The court will take the plaintiffs motion for class certification under advisement pending resolution of further motions for summary judgment.
