BUSSEY, Judge.

Dan Don Gonzales, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County with the crime of Robbery with Firearms After Former Conviction of a Felony. The information more specifically alleged that the defendant, on February 22, 1968, in said county, did unlawfully, feloniously, and wrongfully, while acting in concert with Norman Wade Wilson a/k/a Norman Wayne Martin, rob one Helen Hisel by wrongfully taking and carrying away certain money and personal property of value belonging to Vern Red Bud Food Center, and in the…
