Gray Line of Boston, Inc., the debtor, seeks injunctive relief and damages, under Mass.Gen.Laws ch. 93A § 11, against the Sheraton Boston Corporation (“Sheraton”). Gray Line alleges that Sheraton violated Paragraph 8 of a Court-approved stipulation between the parties. Sheraton failed to negotiate in good faith for renewal of a lease of space in the lobby of the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Further, the debtor alleges that Sheraton never intended to renew the lease or enter into good faith negotiations and fraudulently entered…
