The defendant interposed a demurrer to the complainant’s bill of complaint. Prom a decree overruling the demurrer, the defendant has brought the case here by appeal.
We quote from the bill of complaint as follows:
“(1) That your orator is a Michigan corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Michigan and pursuant to Act No. 232 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1885 and the laws amendatory thereto.
