This motion for contempt against respondents, when viewed in light of the two other related proceedings growing out of the same facts as this proceeding, is only the latest step in petitioner’s so far fruitless efforts to obtain approval for a site plan application which complied with the requirements found in the current version of the Zoning Code of the Village of Mamaroneck.
