Plaintiffs Fernando S.G. Frota and Maria Carmen Frota (“the Frotas”) brought this action against Prudential-Bache Securities, Incorporated (“Prudential-Bache”), Ahmed Hussein (“Hussein”), their broker at Prudential-Bache, and John F.
