Plaintiffs, Ryan Dincau, a minor, and his parents Ronald A. Dincau and Nancy Kay Dincau, appeal from a judgment for defendants after trial by jury. The case, involving a complaint of medi cal malpractice against two doctors, concerns the events from Friday, February 22, 1975, until Monday, February 25, 1975, when it was diagnosed that the Dincau’s eight-week-old baby, Ryan, had bacterial spinal meningitis.
