ULRICH, Chief Judge.
Gary Miller appeals his convictions following jury trial for involuntary manslaughter, section 565.024.1, RSMo 1994, and armed criminal action, section 571.015.1, RSMo 1994, and consecutive sentences of 20 and 10 years imprisonment, respectively. Mr. Miller raises several points on his direct appeal.
