JANVIER, Judge.
Investors Syndicate is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Minnesota and doing business in various states of the Union, including Mississippi and Alabama. At the time at which occurred the events which gave rise to this litigation it maintained an account in the Deposit Guaranty Bank & Trust Company in Jackson, Miss., and also an account in Birmingham Trust & Savings Bank in Birmingham, Ala.
