I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Rebecca Housel (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action alleging discrimination and retaliation under the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2612(a)(1); Title VII of the CM Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”); the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (“ADA”); and New York State Human Rights Law, § 290 et seq. (“NYSHRL”). Dkt. # 1.
