MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Plaintiff, Adrienne Gatti (“Gatti”), brought this action pursuant to the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and New York State Human Rights Law (“NYHRL”) N.Y. Exec. Law § 296, alleging that the Defendants, Community Action Agency of Greene County, Inc. (“Community Action”) and Edward Daly (“Daly”), Executive Director, unlawfully terminated her and subjected her to a hostile working environment because of her age.
