MEMORANDUM

RAYMOND J. BRODERICK, District Judge.

In this action the plaintiff, Employers of Wausau (Employers), seeks subrogation from defendant, Purex Corporation (Purex), under an agreement between Purex and American Stevedoring Corporation (American Stevedoring) and a comprehensive automobile liability insurance policy issued to Purex by Employers for money paid to an injured employee of Purex pursuant to the policy.
