Scheindlin, District Judge), awarding Plaintiff-Consolidated-Defendant-Appellee-Cross-Appellant Rohit Phansalkar (“Phansalkar”) $4,417,655.40, plus prejudgment interest, on his claim for conversion of shares of stock.
